Vehicle Technician Solihull
£32,000 Basic – £55,000 OTE (Dependent on experience & bonus)
About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join a well-established main dealership in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking to maximise their earnings in a busy, professional workshop with strong manufacturer support and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
*Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
*Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work
*Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Adhere to health & safety and company compliance procedures
Requirements*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage
*Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Own tools preferred
What’s on Offer*Basic salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
*Realistic OTE up to £55,000

*22–25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working HoursMonday – Friday (with rota Saturdays where applicable)
