Speech & Language Therapist – ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/Dyscalculia
Hybrid - On site clincs at NR3 1YE
Salary - £30,000 to £55,000 DOE

Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist (Neurodevelopmental) on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK.

This innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Through Service Care Solutions, you’ll join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and improving long-term outcomes for families.
The organisation is committed to clinical excellence and clinician wellbeing, equipping staff with cutting-edge digital systems, smart report-writing tools and in-house IT support to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical impact.

Responsibilities*Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
*Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
*Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required)
*Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
*Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools
*Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management
*Provide clinical supervision where applicable
*Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid roles)
Requirenents*Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
*HCPC – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist
*NMC – Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Children’s Nurse
*GMC – Medical Practitioners
*Social Work England – Social Worker
*At least 1 year’s experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments in CYP
*Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
*In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD
*Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent
*Eligibility to work in the UK
