Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support class teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
*Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils needing additional help.
*Assist pupils with SEN, SEMH, or learning gaps.
*Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
*Build valuable experience ahead of teacher training or further study.
