Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist the lead teacher in preparing and setting up resources for lessons.
*Support individual students or small groups to ensure they understand the material and complete tasks.
*Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
*Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
*Participate in school meetings and training sessions.
*Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
