The RoleAs a supply HLTA, you will:
*Lead whole-class learning in the teacher’s absence
*Deliver planned lessons and support differentiated activities
*Work with groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
*Support classroom management and positive behaviour
*Use your initiative to adapt to new environments with confidence
About YouWe’d love to hear from you if you have:
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification
* A strong understanding of the primary or secondary curriculum
* Experience leading whole classes
* A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
* A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
