Secondary Learning Support Assistant - Academic Support FocusLewisham- South East London | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We’re working with ambitious secondary schools across South East London seeking confident and reliable LSAs to support students across KS3 and KS4.
The Role:*In-class support across core subjects
*Breaking down complex material into manageable steps
*Supporting students with SEND on EHCP plans
*Encouraging independence - not dependency
*Working closely with teachers to adapt learning in real time
Ideal For:*Graduates (Psychology, English, Maths, Science, Criminology)
*Aspiring teachers
*Individuals with tutoring or mentoring experience
