This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before starting teacher training or pursuing a long-term career in education. You will supervise classes across a range of subjects, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help maintain a focused and positive learning environment.
Your Role Will Include:
*Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
*Delivering pre-set lesson materials across KS3 and KS4
*Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Supporting students with their learning and engagement
*Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons
We’re Looking For Graduates Who:
*Hold a degree in any subject
*Are confident, professional, and enthusiastic
*Have strong communication and organisational skills
*Are reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
*Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
*Have an up-to-date DBS (or are willing to apply)
