Commercial Mortgage / Bridging Finance Broker
Are you a driven, customer service minded Commercial Mortgage / Bridging Finance Broker ready to operate at a higher level? Keen to work with an experienced team, utilising the latest technology to provide fast and efficient funding solutions.
We’re looking for an experienced broker who can act as a true expert intermediary, sourcing tailored funding solutions across:
*Commercial Mortgages (offices, hotels, retail, care homes)
*Bridging Loans
*Development Finance
You’ll be working with a wide network of specialist lenders, structuring tailored property finance solutions, and simplifying complex borrowing for property investors and business owners.
This role suits someone who:
*Has proven experience within structured property finance (Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance and Bridging Finance)
*Can package and place complex deals
*Thrives in a relationship-led, solution-driven environment
*Wants to maximise earning potential

Up to £75k Basic + Uncapped Commission, Fantastic OTE
