The Role


You will support the organisation in maintaining inspection-ready standards, producing accurate performance data, and assisting with tender submissions. The role combines data analysis, regulatory oversight, cross-department coordination, and operational reporting in a fast-paced care environment.

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Quality, Data & Compliance Officer to play a central role in strengthening our audit systems, performance reporting, inspection readiness, and organisational growth initiatives.


The role is a governance-focused position with exposure to senior leadership, compliance frameworks, and strategic development.


Quality, Data & Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities


*Coordinate internal audits and monitor CQC compliance across services
*Maintain inspection-ready governance documentation
*Produce KPI dashboards and executive performance reports
*Extract and analyse data from care management systems
*Support compliance tracking and action plan monitoring
*Coordinate property sourcing documentation (liaising with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors)
*Assist with tender submissions and compliance matrices
*Collate financial and operational summaries for senior leadership


About You


*Minimum 3-year experience in care sector governance, compliance or quality assurance
*Strong Excel and data reporting skills (pivot tables, dashboards, analysis)
*Confident handling of cross-department documentation
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple deadlines and projects
*Understanding of CQC regulatory standards
*Experience contributing to tenders or contract documentation
*Exposure to audit or governance systems
