We’re recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function for a well established business. If you’re organised, detail focused, and confident managing invoices, supplier relationships, and payment cycles, this role could be a great next step. This role will be hybrid in the Manchester area and offers a salary up to £33,000 dependent on experience .


Key Responsibilities
*Process and authorise supplier invoices
*Maintain accurate VAT treatment
*Supplier account setup and statement reconciliations
*Manage intercompany invoices
*Handle supplier queries and run payment cycles
*Process staff expenses and company credit card reconciliations
*Support month end reporting


Experience Required
*Strong accounts payable experience
*Experience with PO systems (advantageous)
*Good Excel and MS Office skills
*Excellent attention to detail and communication
*Ability to prioritise and work independently
