Private Hire Taxi Driver – Happicabs

About Us
Happicabs is one of the leading private hire taxi companies in Essex, operating across Chelmsford, Maldon, Witham, South Woodham Ferrers, and Braintree – with expansion plans for Wickford, Billericay, Brentwood, and Colchester in 2026.
We are looking for motivated Owner Drivers and Company Drivers to join our growing team.
Earnings & Benefits
Owner Drivers (Bring your own car or rent one of ours):
*Rent a vehicle from just £230 per week or use your own.
*Commission rates:
*20% – Maldon, Witham, South Woodham Ferrers & Braintree
*30% – Chelmsford
*Full-time gross sales: £1,400 – £1,600 per week (deduct commission and car rental)
*Part-time gross sales: £450 – £650 per week (deduct commission)
*Guaranteed Full-Time Sales: Minimum £5,000 per month (gross).
Company Drivers (Happicabs vehicle):
*Earn 50% of all sales generated.
