Nursery Practitioner – Dalston, London, N1
Salary: £29,000 – £30,500 per annum (depending on age, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm)
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Not suitable for school-hours or term-time applicants
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Dalston, London (N1). This Nursery Practitioner role is ideal for an experienced early years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and supporting children’s development.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in promoting children’s wellbeing, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework. The successful Nursery Practitioner will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. This Nursery Practitioner position offers genuine opportunities for progression, training, and long-term career development within Early Years.

Role Duties*Deliver high-quality childcare and early education as a dedicated Nursery Practitioner
*Work collaboratively within a passionate Early Years team
*Support the daily running of the nursery room
*Celebrate and communicate children’s learning and development with families
*Plan and implement engaging, interest-led activities in line with EYFS
*Promote inclusive practice and outdoor learning
About YouThe ideal Nursery Practitioner candidate will:
*Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Have previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner
*Demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality childcare and education
*Have excellent communication skills when working with parents and carers
*Be eligible to work in the UK
