Early Years Practitioner Opportunity
Location: Barnes, London, SW13
FANTASTIC Salary: £29,000-£32,000 (4 days) £35,000-£37,000 pa (5 days)
Hours: 36 hours across 4 days per week or 45 Hours over 5 days (shifts 8am–6pm with 1-hour lunch)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, All Year Round

Our nursery provides high-quality childcare in a warm, family-like environment that blends nurturing care with structured learning. Children thrive through play-based activities, songs, games, and engaging weekly themes that build confidence, social skills, and a love of learning.
You will be working alongside a dedicated team of early childhood educators who are committed to inspiring, supporting, and guiding children in their development. You will be based in the Preschool room.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality childcare and education to all children

About You
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
*Previous nursery practitioner experience (babies or toddlers preferred)
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Excellent communication skills for working with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
