Job Description:
HR Project Manager - Hybrid - 12 month FTC - circa £65,000
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support with a HR change project for a leading company. The project will involve both system & process change and is essential that you have previous experience managing HR projects.
This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 1-2 days a week.
What you will be doing:
*Lead and oversee multiple workstreams within the programme, providing structured delivery and regular reporting
*Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource gaps and financials
*Facilitate collaboration across HR and operational teams
*Ensure readiness for go-live including testing, training and change support
What they are looking for:
*Proven HR change project management experience
*Knowledge of the HR discipline including ER, HR policies, procedures & contractual changes
*Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary project teams
*Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
