Head of Content – Membership Organisation
£75,000 - £80,000
London / Hybrid
Meraki Talent is working with a Membership organisation, looking for an experienced content professional to support with planning and delivering the content strategy.
This will suit someone who has strong writing skills, who is strategic in executing comprehensive member engagement, drives retention and acquisition, inline with the organisations visions.
Content Responsibilities:
*Develop and own multi-channel content strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
*Line management of the editorial team to ensure member magazine and relevant new is delivered to members in the appropriate channels.
*Maintain relationships with partnerships within the organisation including journals editors and sponsorships.
*Ensuring the voice of the content across the team delivers a consistent voice, message and standards.
*Create compelling content that informs, supports and connects members.
*Oversee the production of digital publications, newsletters, reports, thought leadership, webinars and podcasts.
*Work with the senior leadership team to contribute to organisational strategy and long-term planning.
Person Specification:
*Proven experience working in a Membership organisation, delivering both member and commercial content.
*Persuasive writing and strong editorial skills for both business and technical content
*Ability to adapt content to different audiences
*Collaborative and mission driven
*Experience in managing teams and multiple projects.
*Excellent organisation and time management skills
