Predominantly office-based (up to 1 day WFH)
Client OverviewThis is a growing wealth planning practice managing around £300 million in assets, with ambitious plans to reach £700 million over the next 10 years.
They support high-net-worth clients and operate through a genuinely collaborative pod structure across 7 advisers, 4 report writers and a wider support team. It’s a close-knit, diverse team with a great atmosphere, strong leadership from a dedicated Practice Manager, and a culture built around teamwork rather than silos.
This role would suit someone with wealth planning support experience who enjoys the technical administration and report writing side of financial planning and values being part of a supportive, office-based team.
Role Details*Working within a pod alongside an adviser, report writer and appointment maker, with most work delivered collaboratively.
*Drafting suitability reports based on adviser recommendations and structured financial planning strategies.
*Managing technical administration including new business processing and provider liaison.
*Supporting high-net-worth client cases with accurate documentation and professionally presented reports.
*Operating within a wider team of 7 advisers and 4 report writers, providing structure and peer support.
*Ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and reporting elements of the role and is comfortable in a defined wealth planning support position.
