This would be an ideal position for an experienced Quantity surveyor / Estimator looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team.


Duties


*Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour COST REPORTS / APPLICATIONS for projects
*Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of SUBMISSIONS
*Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project
*Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labour, and overhead
*Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference


Preferrable


*Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience
*Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
*Strong analytical and mathematical skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Attention to detail and accuracy
