The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll report directly to the Accounts Director and collaborate closely with a team of experienced Account Managers. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients — their trusted advisor, advocate, and strategic partner.
Your mission will be to understand each client’s unique challenges, ensure exceptional service delivery, and identify opportunities to add value. This role blends relationship management, technical insight, and strategic thinking to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Bring
*Proven experience in B2B account management, client services, or a service desk role
*Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
*Confidence with numbers and the ability to discuss pricing, budgets, and commercial data
*A proactive, energetic approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
*A solid understanding of IT systems and managed services
Skills & Experience:
*Current or recent experience in B2B account management or client services
*Background in a Managed Service Provider (Cloud & Infrastructure MSP) environment (Essential)
*Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
*Confidence working with pricing, budgets, and financial data
*A proactive, energetic approach with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
*Familiarity with IT systems and managed services
