R13 Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a high-growth, digital-first consumer brand in their search for a Lifecycle & Automation Lead. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for a commercially driven specialist who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced D2C environment.
This role will own the performance, strategy and optimisation of lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and push - turning customer journeys into scalable, revenue-generating automations that materially increase retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value.
As well as being a strategic role, a well-rounded and confident skillset in building, testing and optimising flows is essential.
This position is offered on a 35-hour working week on a hybrid basis (2 days in office / 3 days working from home).

The Day to Day
*Owning lifecycle performance across email, SMS and push.
*Building and optimising advanced automations in Klaviyo (or Salesforce / Adobe or similar ESP/CDP platforms).
*Designing and executing structured experimentation roadmaps.
*Developing advanced segmentation strategies based on behavioural and transactional data.
*Creating and optimising win-back, churn prevention and cross-sell journeys.
*Analysing performance data and turning insight into revenue-driving action.
*Managing technical integrations and navigating development constraints pragmatically.
*Exploring on-site personalisation and behavioural messaging triggers.
*Collaborating with Marketing and Product to align lifecycle with customer journey.
*Presenting performance insights confidently to senior stakeholders.
You Will Have / Be
*Proven experience owning CRM automations in a fast-paced D2C, ecommerce, subscription or digital product environment.
*Deep expertise in Klaviyo or comparable platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.).
*Experience managing high-volume campaign output.
*Strong experimentation and segmentation experience.
*Commercially driven with clear understanding of retention, LTV and revenue impact.
*Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
*Confident communicating insights to senior leadership.
