This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting a wide variety of commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.

Description


*Leading negotiations on a diverse mix of commercial contracts, including technology, licensing, service, partnership and vendor agreements.
*Handling a variety of day-to-day queries covering commercial, contractual, privacy, IP and regulatory considerations.
*Supporting operational and strategic initiatives designed to improve how the business delivers its technology products and services.
*Helping refine internal policies, templates, and workflow processes to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance.
*Working with external counsel as needed
*Ensuring internal standards, regulatory obligations and contractual commitments are properly understood and followed.


Profile


To thrive in this role, you’ll bring strong experience in commercial law gained either in private practice or an in-house setting with at least 3 PQE.
