Days – Monday to Friday – 8am-4.30pm

The Role
Field based role - Duties include applying condition monitoring techniques including vibration analysis thermography, airborne ultrasound & oil analysis on client’s sites. Collected data will then require analysis with action notes being raised for recorded defects & faults. Monthly reliability reports will be produced, these will be delivered & discussed with the client’s reliability engineers. To be able to complete reactive tasks such as fan balancing, coupling laser alignment, belt alignment, air leak surveys & motion amplification surveys including report generation. On occasion would be expected to be involved in clients RCA’s & maintenance support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Reliability Engineer, performing RCA on faults and looking at putting in place long-term corrective measure to reduce the maintenance work required. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
