Are you an experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiter who wants to walk into a desk with active vacancies and genuine repeat business — not a cold start?
I’m working with a well-established, multi-office specialist recruitment firm looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant into their Manchester team.
The Business
My client is a respected, professional services-focused recruitment consultancy with an excellent market reputation and long-standing client relationships.
The Accountancy & Finance division is particularly strong — with:
*A consistent flow of inbound vacancies
*High levels of repeat and retained business
*Established PSL agreements
*Warm client relationships ready to be developed further
This is not a "build it from scratch" role. There are live roles to work on from day one, giving you immediate billing opportunity.
The Opportunity
You will:
*Take ownership of an established A&F desk
*Work on existing live vacancies immediately
*Develop warm accounts with significant repeat business
*Utilise business development skills to win new clients
*Grow new business where opportunity naturally presents itself
*Focus on mid-to-senior level finance appointments
You’ll have autonomy, but with the backing of a strong brand and proven delivery capability behind you.
What They’re Looking For
*Proven recruitment billing history
*Ideally, experience within Accountancy & Finance (but strong professional services recruiters considered)
*Confident in managing client relationships at a senior level
*Commercially driven but relationship-focused
*Someone who values quality over volume
