That means when you join, you’ll have the ROI story sponsors need to get sign-off, a sales process built around how budgets are actually planned, events with a differentiated track record that sells itself, and post-event follow-through that turns renewals into conversations rather than battles. What They’re Looking For
You have 1–2 years of sponsorship, exhibition, or trade show sales experience, and you’re ready for a role where the tools, product, and process are genuinely working in your favour.
You’re someone who sells outcomes, not inventory, manages complex pipelines with discipline, and follows up without becoming someone people dread hearing from.
But beyond the sales skills, they want someone who brings the right attitude every single day — self-motivated, hardworking, and genuinely invested in doing a great job. Someone who listens as much as they talk, never stops learning, and shows up as a positive teammate. Prior sponsorship sales experience is essential.
