This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically minded Quality professional who thrives on driving improvements, supporting manufacturing teams, and utilising problem-solving tools to enhance quality performance and process capability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:*Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across the site, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actions
*Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, and FMEA to eliminate recurring issues and improve processes
*Support the introduction of new products and process changes through quality planning and validation activities
*Conduct internal audits and assist with maintaining compliance to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
*Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve non-conformances and improve product quality
*Analyse data and report on key quality metrics, driving a culture of continuous improvement
I’m keen to speak to Quality Engineer’s with the following experience:*Previous experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment
*Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
*Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
*Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage teams at all levels
*A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
