Payroll Supervisor | Central London | £42,000-£45,000 plus bonus | Luxury Retail |
A Payroll Supervisor is required to work for a brand with a great sense of culture based in Central London (2 days WFH). This is a key role as the business is now looking to strengthen its internal processes across its core sites.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be operating with one direct report working on the retail payroll process for UK. A key part of this role will be improving the existing processes, and supporting with future growth.
Responsibilities will include:
*Management of a driven Payroll Administrator
*Overseeing the payroll for approximately 900 store employees with a mix of salary and hourly payrolls
*Partner closely with retail managers to act as a point of contact for queries
*Get involved with the creation of the month end process for payroll
*Ensure compliance with all statutory payments and deadlines including P11Ds
*Provide payroll reporting and ad hoc support to the business
The successful candidate will have experience:
*Experience working in a multisite environment with a payroll size of approximately 1000
*Experience supervising would be highly desirable
*Experience working in the consumer industry is beneficial but not essential. Prior system implementation experience is beneficial, as is knowledge of SAP or ADP
