My client, a well-established, multi-service law firm with a strong regional reputation is seeking to recruit an experienced Child Care Solicitor to join its expanding Family and Care team.

The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of child care matters, including both publicly funded and private cases. The role offers high-quality work, autonomy and the chance to play a meaningful role in shaping outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a full caseload of public law child care matters
*Representing clients at court hearings, case conferences and key meetings
*Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
*Building strong professional relationships with local authorities, guardians and other stakeholders
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate time recording and billing

*Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in child care / public family law
*Member of the Law Society Children Panel
*Confident advocate with excellent communication and client-care skills
