Company Secretarial Assistant Manager

We are seeking a CGI-qualified Company Secretary to join a dynamic London-based team supporting UK corporates and listed funds. Reporting to a Director, this role offers exposure to listed plc governance, corporate transactions and high-profile projects within a fast-growing, client-focused environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional governance and company secretarial services while mentoring junior colleagues and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of UK corporates and listed funds autonomously
*Attend and minute board, committee and shareholder meetings
*Draft board papers, statutory filings and corporate transactional documentation
*Support corporate actions, restructurings and IPO-related projects
*Ensure full compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
*Liaise with regulators and advisers, oversee junior team members and manage billing processes
Key Skills & Experience
*CGI qualified (ACG preferred) with 4+ years’ experience
*Strong knowledge of UK governance and listed fund requirements
*Excellent minute-taking, drafting and organisational skills
*Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
*Professional, adaptable and detail-oriented
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, following 3 month probation.
