Junior Learning & Development Advisor
*Annual Salary: £30,000-£32,000pa
*Location: Farnham
*Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Reed HR are working with a fantastic company who are seeking a Junior Learning & Development Advisor to join the busy and dynamic People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for development and a knack for detailed organization. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning and development initiatives across the business.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Coordinate and manage varied Talent Management initiatives, exposing you to senior leaders.
*Act as the first point of contact for Talent Management queries, providing timely guidance and escalating issues where appropriate.
*Partner with managers and colleagues to identify capability gaps and advise on relevant learning interventions and development pathways.
*Coordinate the delivery of firmwide learning programmes, including management development programmes and onboarding workshops.
*Manage learning event logistics, including setting up virtual meetings, booking venues, and organizing resources from parking to catering.
*Design and produce engaging learning materials and promotional content using digital design tools like Canva.
*Administer and support learning platforms, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring platform usage.
*Manage training data and generate reports on various training metrics using Excel and LMS tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*1 to 2 years of L&D experience, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
*Started or eager to begin a CIPD qualification or similar L&D/HR qualification.
*Proficient in English with strong communication skills across various platforms.
*Experience coordinating logistics and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
*Proficient in MS Office/365, particularly Excel, and familiar with virtual collaboration platforms.
*Experience with digital design tools such as Canva.
*Full UK Driving License and vehicle access as weekly same-day travel will be required.
