Bar Manager / Mixologist – £40-£45K (incl service)


Opening May 2026 in SE17


I am looking for an experienced and creative Bar Manager / Mixologist to lead the bar operation from launch and help shape the experience as the venue grows. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about drinks, exceptional service, and building a standout bar concept from the ground up.




The Ideal Candidate Will:


Have strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and draft beers Be confident in creating, presenting, and costing drinks to an exceptional standard Bring fresh, innovative ideas to evolve the cocktail menu and overall bar offering Be reliable, professional, and committed to a long-term leadership role Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Have previous bar management experience and relevant qualifications Be available for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends Have an interest in premium experiences, with the opportunity to learn cigar knowledge

Responsibilities:


Oversee the preparation and service of all drinks, ensuring consistent quality and specification

Lead, train, and motivate the bar team

Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation of the bar

Manage stock, orders, supplier relationships, and waste reduction

Deliver consistently outstanding customer service

Support the wider management team with venue operations

Create and implement new cocktails, drink concepts, and specials that enhance the menu and strengthen the brand
