Job Description:
Our client is an investment company, headquarter based in Tokyo, Japan, whose core business is to make acquisitions and investments globally. They are looking to expand their UK operation by looking for companies/business opportunities to join them as a capital alliance partner.
The principles that form the cornerstone of their business are to provide a professional approach to each opportunity on their own merits and risk, and they offer innovative solutions, transparency and accountability building strong relationships that are founded on trust with a focus on long term success.
They now have an exciting opportunity available for a M&A Specialist with a solid and successful track record of completing deals. They have the intention to acquire and invest in companies in the UK and are looking for a motivated and experienced individual within the M&A sector to work with them in creating successful opportunities from the beginning to the closing deals.
Job description:
*Researching and sourcing M&A deals independently without depending on M&A intermediary
*Has an active approach in finding companies who are willing to sell
*Negotiating and able to structure deals with companies
*Being able to professionally represent our company providing a positive explanation to our approach, our company and about the deal opportunity including any PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan
Requirements/person specifications:
*Native level of English speaker
*At least 5 years+ experience in M&A Business (Buy Side)
*Has extensive knowledge of M&A market in the UK
*Previous experience in working for major accounting firms (such as Big 4) is desirable but not essential
*Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA or similar would be advantageous but not mandatory
Conditions:
*Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, £60-100K/p.a.
*Location: London
*Working hour: 9:00-18:00 (with 1 hour break)
