A national IFA firm is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a team of Financial Planning Consultants and support continued growth across multiple office locations.
This is a senior position with responsibility for people leadership, high-quality client delivery, regulatory oversight, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will be required to travel to several sites within the region, with the flexibility to balance office and remote working.


Role & Responsibilities:


*Deliver comprehensive financial planning advice tailored to individual client objectives.
*Maintain robust ongoing advice standards and ensure exceptional client service.
*Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to overall team and business objectives.
*Lead, mentor and develop a team of Financial Planning Consultants, including full responsibility for performance management and T&C supervision.
*Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at senior level.
*Support recruitment activities for new team members where required.
*Ensure full adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
*Identify opportunities to introduce clients to wider internal services.
*Contribute to strategic planning and the day-to-day management of the financial planning function.
Do you have the following to apply?


*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required)
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a regulated financial advice role
