Finders Keepers has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our established team in Central Oxford.
As a leading Oxfordshire estate agency specialising in sales, lettings and property management, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. All property management is handled in-house, giving you full control and visibility over your portfolio.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 100–140 properties, with autonomy to run your diary while receiving the right level of guidance and support based on your experience. The role offers a balanced mix of office-based administration, property visits, and external meetings.
Key Responsibilities
*First point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Manage tenancy check-ins, check-outs and inspections
*Oversee maintenance issues and instruct contractors
*Ensure rent collection and portfolio compliance
*Complete all related administration
*Identify and nurture new business opportunities
*Work collaboratively with internal teams
What We’re Looking For
*2+ years’ customer service experience
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
*Detail-oriented with good spelling and grammar
*Positive, proactive team player
*Full, clean manual UK driving licence
*Estate agency experience preferred (not essential)
Training & Development
We provide a structured induction programme and the opportunity to achieve Property mark qualification and ARLA membership within 18 months.
