Background
This is an amazing hands-on role for a bright office manager /coordinator! This Office Manager role will be at the heart of this exciting tech start up/scale up. As Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the office runs seamlessly and work with the leadership team culture initiatives!
The Company
A fast-scaling tech start-up based in Shoreditch, who are making waves with their innovation and recent fundraise! The culture is high-energy, full of intelligent passionate colleagues, with a team-focused feel. The company are entering a growth phase and will be doubling their team in the next 12 months and this Office Manager will support that growth. There is huge growth potential in this Office Manager role and joining at this time will allow you the opportunity to develop your career here in any direction you thrive in!! The Role
• Managing day-to-day office operations and supplier relationships as Office Manager
• Leading an upcoming office move from planning through to full set-up
• Supporting leadership with travel and light finance/admin tasks
• Ensuring the office is organised, stocked and running smoothly at all times
• Coordinating team lunches, events and offsites
• Acting as the go-to Office Manager for keeping the team productive and supported
This is a five-days-in-the-office Office Manager role based in Shoreditch and will suit someone who enjoys being fully immersed in a collaborative working environment and the rewards are limitless!
You
• Experience as an Office Manager, Team Coordinator or in a similar operational role
• Experience in a start up or scale up environment is a huge bonus
• Intelligent with strong academic background
• A combination of exceptional organisational skills and a naturel relationship builder
• Practical, solutions-focused and happy to roll up your sleeves
