Head of Sales
A fast-growing specialist advisory firm is expanding its Manchester sales hub and is looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead from the front.
This is a true player-manager role. You’ll be responsible for delivering £1m in annual new business revenue at a departmental level, combining your own billing performance with leadership of a team of five SDRs/BDRs.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Deliver a £1m annual new business target (team + personal contribution)
*Lead, coach and develop 5 internal SDRs/BDRs
*Drive individual targets of £200k–£250k per team member
*Improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and conversion rates
*Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture
*Refine outbound strategy and optimise sales processes
What We’re Looking For
*1–2+ years in a sales leadership role
*Track record of delivering £750k+ annual revenue
*Experience managing new business/SDR teams
*Strong commercial acumen and forecasting capability
*Hands-on leader who thrives in a target-driven environment
