Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take full responsibility for overseeing the finance function, with a particular focus on AP/AR, payroll, balance sheet preparation for audit, and financial reporting. A comprehensive handover will be provided, with the outgoing postholder available for support in the first weeks.

Description
*Oversight and review of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
*Payroll oversight & review
*Preparation of the balance sheet
*Act as key point of contact for auditors
*Manage monthly and quarterly VAT returns
*Lead payment runs
*Work closely with project teams and clients on financial queries
*Revenue recognition
*Support with the production of profitability reports, margin analysis and commercial insights
*Maintain financial systems including Xero
*Support ongoing finance process improvements
Profile
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Experience within an SME or agency/creative environment is beneficial
*Confident preparing for audit and managing external stakeholders
*Strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
*Available quickly (Predicted start date 5th-9th March)
