Job Title: Senior Creative Designer
Location: Wetherby
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hour week, flexi-time
Hybrid: 2 days from home per week

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and embraces new challenges. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you’ll collaborate cross functionally with product, digital, content and development teams. From shaping campaign concepts and designing digital assets and brochures, to creating engaging animations and supporting photo and video shoots, you’ll be involved at every stage of the creative process. It’s a truly integrated role within a dynamic setting - expect pace, ownership and plenty of opportunities to push creative boundaries.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Creative Designer:
*Bring creative ideas to life across both digital and print channels, websites, emails, social media assets, brochures, and point-of-sale materials.
*Produce engaging video content and simple animations using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
*Support photography and video shoots by assisting with planning, styling, and delivering high-quality, authentic content.
*Experiment with AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to push creative boundaries and explore innovative concepts.
*Take ownership of projects and timelines, staying organised and composed under pressure while consistently delivering work you’re proud of.
*Help manage and maintain our digital asset management system to ensure assets are well-organised, accessible, and easy to share.
*Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure all creative output is effective, visually compelling, on-brand, and forward-thinking.
*Contribute to a collaborative and open creative process by both giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback.

Experience / Skills of the Senior Creative Designer required:
*Experience in a similar creative role
*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
*Demonstrated success in producing high performing visual assets that have driven measurable results
*Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with clear examples in your portfolio showing how design decisions have influenced customer behaviour and performance outcomes.
*Experience designing for eCommerce platforms, with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively.
*Comfortable supporting photo and video shoots, with a sharp eye for detail, styling and composition.
