You will act as a strategic account manager to key accounts, acting as a true partner, fully understanding their needs to ensure top notch contract delivery and encourage sales growth.

Duties:
*Develop long lasting relationships with key clients as account manager to support profitable growth
*Be a product expert, guiding customers on the best decisions for their business by thoroughly understanding their business and goals
*Lead on contract negotiations, pricing negotiations etc
*Analyse market data to make strategic and commercially beneficial decisions
Person specification:
*Account manager experience within construction or related industries
*Commercial mindset
*Able to collaborate across internal teams to get the best outcomes for customers
*Desire to work in a highly visible role, reporting directly to CEO
Benefits:
*Basic wage £50,000 to £60,000 DOE
*£7,000 Car Allowance
*20% Bonus (which may be uncapped down the line)
