Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, supporting students’ academic and behavioural development, and implementing tailored teaching strategies. This role offers an opportunity to work with children across various age groups, including early childhood and preschool settings, while applying specialised skills such as speech therapy, applied behaviour analysis, and physical education. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, behaviour management techniques, and a commitment to nurturing each child’s potential. We need teachers in RM3, IG8, and E17 areas.
Responsibilities
*Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans across multiple subjects including Maths, Physical Education, and early childhood education programmes.
*Support children with special educational needs through tailored teaching methods and behaviour management strategies.
*Implement speech therapy techniques and applied behaviour analysis to assist children with communication challenges.
*Provide tutoring and additional support to students requiring extra assistance in core subjects such as Maths and literacy.
*Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding developmental milestones.
*Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
*Assist with childcare duties, including toddler care and preschool activities, ensuring the wellbeing of young learners.
*Proofread educational materials to ensure clarity and accuracy before use in lessons.
*Mentor students by providing guidance on behavioural issues, social skills, and academic goals.
Experience
*Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or toddler care environments.
*Prior experience in special education or teaching physical education is highly desirable.
*Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, applied behaviour analysis (ABA), and behaviour management strategies is advantageous.
*Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues using strong verbal and written skills.
*Experience in tutoring or mentoring students across different age groups will be considered an asset.
