About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll deputise for the Store Manager when required and help ensure every operational detail runs smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
*Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results
*Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
*Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
*Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering
*Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
*Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality
*A hands-on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive, solution-focused mindset
*Flexibility to travel within a 45-minute radius to support nearby stores
*The ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
