Job Description:

The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of security system installation projects, including access control, CCTV, barriers, intercoms, and speedlanes. Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, the Project Coordinator ensures that project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and communications are well-organised and consistently maintained across the project lifecycle.
This role is crucial to keeping projects on track behind the scenes. The Project Coordinator helps prepare RAMS, track project milestones, schedule engineers, chase third-party dependencies (e.g. containment or power), and update internal tools such as Lumiform, delivery trackers, or drawing registers. They also liaise with suppliers, manage equipment orders, and assist with compiling O&M manuals and handover packs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They will play a key part in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, supporting the delivery team while learning the technical and operational elements of project delivery within a structured environment.
*Support Project Managers in scheduling, documentation, and daily coordination tasks.
*Maintain and update project tracking tools and databases.
*Collaborate regularly with the Programme Manager to review project status, escalate risks, align on resource planning, and ensure projects remain on track.
*Organise meetings, take minutes, and distribute key actions.
*Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm deliverables and timelines.
*Ensure documentation is saved correctly and consistently within SharePoint.
*Assist in procurement processes, including ordering and delivery confirmations.
*Prepare and share project reports and status updates.
*Supporting tracking risks, deadlines, and client feedback to help ensure smooth delivery.
*Promote the companies commitment to professional and efficient project support.
*Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of all allocated projects.
*Allocation of workforce and day-to-day management of them
*Work closely with key members of the Sales Department and the Line Manager to further develop and deploy TSP’s professional offering.
*Participate in team meetings and actively contribute towards the business’s activities.
*Strive to maximise personal development and performance and take an active part in performance reviews and personal development plans.
*Operate according to the requirements of business-specific applications and processes and the broad application environments (e.g. Commissioning paperwork, stock control, timesheet submission, job closing, etc.)
*Perform other duties as required.
Essential
*Basic understanding of security systems
*Familiarity with construction site environments and terminology
*Awareness of RAMS, drawings and O&M manuals

*CSCS card (or willingness to obtain if required)
