Job Title: Management Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Wales

Salary: up to £31,000 + fantastic benefits package

KM Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading training organisation, who are seeking a Management Assessor to deliver Apprenticeships to learners across Wales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assessor, or, an individual with strong Leadership and Management experience, who possesses a passion for training and development. Full training and development is provided for trainee candidates.

Essential Criteria:

*Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management.
*Must have experience within Project Management, OR, hold a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar.
*Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development.
*Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skill
*Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable)
*Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
*Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:

*Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management and Project Management.
*Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Literacy, Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
*Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
*Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
*Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Support, advise and motivate learners.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Work to learner review and completion timescales.
