Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work within SEN schools across Lincolnshire, supporting children and young people from KS1 to KS5 with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and additional needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, helping students access education, build confidence, and achieve their potential in a supportive, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with Autism and Learning Disabilities
*Assist with delivering differentiated lessons and learning activities
*Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development
*Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and learning targets
*Encourage independence and build positive relationships with students
*Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to support learning and well-being
Requirements:
*Experience working with children and young people with SEN, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
*Patient, adaptable, and calm approach
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Understanding of behaviour management strategies
*Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
*Legal right to work in the UK
