We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join our partnered primary schools, with full-time roles available immediately.
About the RoleAs a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who need additional help
*Assisting with phonics, reading, maths and general classroom activities
*Supporting children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs
*Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive routines
*Preparing learning resources and contributing to activity planning
*Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For*A recent graduate (any subject welcome), ideally with strong literacy and numeracy
*A passion for education, child development, or SEND
*Confidence, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young learners
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
*Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, volunteering, mentoring, coaching) is highly desirable but not essential
