Job Description:
Your New Company:
You’ll be joining a well-established organisation in South Wales. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy payroll function and become an integral part of a supportive team.
Your New Role:
As Payroll Support, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. They are open to various levels of support, from Payroll Administrator up to Senior Payroll Assistant. The role’s duties/salary are dependent on your payroll knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Check payroll data for accuracy
*Administer pensions, including enrolment and contributions
*Prepare and maintain payroll reports
*Ensure full compliance with HMRC rules and statutory obligations
What You Will Need to Succeed:
*Experience working in payroll, finance, or a similar administrative function
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident using payroll or finance systems, plus strong Excel skills
*Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
*Immediately available to start a new role
