Job Description:
A welcoming Primary School in the NG8 postcode area is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, starting as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop socially and emotionally, and achieve their full potential within a supportive primary setting.
The Role:*SEN Teaching Assistant
*Based at a Primary School in NG8
*Start ASAP
*Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
*Providing 1:1 and small group support
*Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
What We’re Looking For:*Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting
*A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
*Confidence supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
*Strong behaviour management skills
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
