About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Training Operations Coordinator to take operational ownership of our training programmes and course delivery.
We deliver structured online training programmes, with some in-person sessions, and this role is focused on ensuring every training programme is set up accurately, delivered efficiently and supported with excellent communication and service.
You will work closely with trainers, students and internal teams, building positive working relationships and providing a responsive, friendly and solutions-focused service. This role requires someone who enjoys structured, desk-based work, thrives on organisation and takes pride in creating smooth experiences for stakeholders and customers through strong processes and attention to detail.
The position sits at the heart of our training operations, combining careful planning, strong coordination and consistent operational control with a warm, professional approach to stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
*Setting up all our online training events and workshops using our internal systems
*Sending joining instructions and course communications to students
*Coordinating schedules with trainers and the wider team
*Build strong, professional relationships with trainers and maintain clear, proactive communication
*Provide responsive, friendly and solution-focused customer service
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day delivery of our training programmes
*Managing student and delegate enquiries via email and telephone
*Maintaining accurate student and course records
*Providing administrative support to ensure a professional experience for prospects, students and our graduates
*Producing weekly and monthly operational reports to support planning and improvement
Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
*Experience working in a process-driven administrative, coordination or operations role
*Strong customer service experience, providing professional and friendly support to internal and external stakeholders
*Experience using Zoom or similar platform for scheduling and managing volume events/meetings
*Experience building trusted working relationships with trainers, colleagues or clients
*Strong systems experience, comfortable working across CRM platforms, scheduling tools or databases
*Experience managing detailed processes with a high level of accuracy
*Experience producing reports and using data to improve service delivery
*Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary & Benefits
*Salary: £32-35k
*Full-time: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
*Hybrid working: 4 days in our Chiswick office and 1 day from home
*Holiday: 20 days holiday plus public holidays
