Job Description:
Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for an Adult Social Worker within the Mental & Autism Service to work Full Time based in Stockport.
The salary for this permanent Adult Social Worker job is up to £45,091per annum.
Main duties:
*Conduct statutory assessments and develop support plans for adults with mental health needs and autism.
*Collaborate across health and social care professionals to ensure integrated delivery of care.
*Monitor, review, and adapt care plans based on evolving needs.
*Provide crisis intervention support when needed.
*Advocate for service users rights, access to services, and personal goals.
*Maintain accurate records to comply with legal and organisational standards.
*Engage in continuous professional development and team meetings.
*Hybrid working agreed to 1-2 days WFH per week maximum.
Requirements of this Adult Social Workerrole:
*A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
*Minimum 3 Years Post Qualification Experience Required.
*Understanding of relevant legislation.
*Registered or eligible for registration.
