The Role * Support the Head of English in leading a large, high-performing department
* Drive curriculum development and teaching & learning strategies
* Monitor progress, standards and intervention across KS3-KS5
* Model outstanding classroom practice
The Ideal Candidate * Holds QTS and has a strong track record of impact in English
* Has experience teaching across KS3-KS5
* Demonstrates leadership potential or current middle leadership experience
* Is ambitious, organised and committed to academic excellence
