Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant Southwark | Immediate Start
We are seeking strong, composed LSAs to support students who may struggle with behaviour, focus or engagement.
Your impact:*De-escalating situations calmly
*Keeping students engaged during lessons
*Acting as a positive role model
*Supporting behaviour improvement strategies
*Working closely with pastoral teams
Backgrounds That Fit Well:*Youth work
*Sports coaching
*Behaviour mentoring
*PRU or alternative provision
*Ex-military or strong leadership backgrounds
