As Palantir Services Director, you will own the vision, strategy and execution of the client’s Palantir capability.
The Palantir Services Director is a senior leadership role operating at the intersection of delivery assurance, technical authority and commercial growth. You will define the direction of Palantir engagements, shape scalable offerings, strengthen strategic partnerships and lead executive-level client relationships - all while ensuring the highest standards of quality across complex production environments.
This is a remote role, with flexibility aligned to client and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Palantir Services Director
As Palantir Services Director, you will: *Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Palantir capability
*Lead and assure complex Palantir Foundry and AIP programmes across secure and regulated environments
*Own senior stakeholder relationships across public sector and enterprise accounts
*Shape go-to-market propositions, repeatable assets and scalable solution frameworks
*Drive commercial growth including opportunity qualification, proposal strategy and executive engagement
*Act as senior sponsor for major engagements, ensuring technical quality and risk control
*Establish governance standards and delivery best practice across the Palantir portfolio
*Build, mentor and scale a high-performing Palantir community
*Represent the client within the broader Palantir ecosystem
*Ensure solutions deliver operational clarity, informed decision-making and measurable impact in mission-critical settings
The Palantir Services Director carries accountability for both growth and delivery excellence.
Key Requirements *Proven experience delivering complex Palantir Foundry or AIP solutions at scale
*Experience leading enterprise-wide or mission-critical transformation programmes
*Deep understanding of Palantir architecture, scalability and adoption models
*Strong commercial leadership across pre-sales, proposals and deal shaping
*Experience building and mentoring senior technical teams
*Executive-level communication and influence
*Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial judgement
Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is essential due to the nature of client environments.
